Forevermark e Tarun Tahillani insieme per la collezione Bridal Couture Exposition

Forevermark, noto produttore di diamanti ha stretto una collaborazione con lo stilista indiano Tarun Tahiliani per l’organizzazione una rassegna multidisciplinare intitolata Bridal Couture Exposition.

La mostra, passata in rassegna dal 24 al 26 luglio 2010 al DLF Emporio, è stata un’occasione ghiotta per entrambe per destare curiosità e ammirazione tra i numerosi visitatori accorsi a Nuova Delhi.

Tanti gioielli: per consacrare un amore, come ferma – capelli, come applicazione sull’abito da sposa, scarpe e quant’altro.

Ma il Bridal Couture Exposition è stata l’occasione buona anche per altri brand che producono e distribuiscono per il lusso, Citibank, Chivas, cristalli Swarovski e Bentley.

Da una collaborazione occasionale il Bridal Couture Exposition si è trasformato in un vero e proprio Salone per gli Sposi, un evento unico nel suo genere in India e dove siamo certi non mancherà occasione per programmare future edizioni.

In india il matrimonio è spesso associato al dono del gioiello in particolare del diamante che rappresenta la purezza la robustezza e la trasparenza. Così come testimonia lo stilista indiano Tarun Tahiliani:

Il matrimonio è l’occasione più importante della propria vita. E’ il più grande evento in tutte le culture, specialmente in India. Tarun Tahiliani Bridal Couture Estate è una celebrazione del fervore di nozze. Esso riunisce ogni aspetto della celebrazione sotto un unico tetto in un un’atmosfera che riflette il vero spirito e la scorza di un matrimonio indiano.

Tra le opere più apprezzate c’è stata una scultura di elefante ricoperto di cristalli Swarovski del valore di circa 21.360 dollari. Altra opera maestosa è il gioiello Almas, realizzato da Mona Mehta contenente ben 2.468 diamanti per un totale di 65,9 carati.
